Terms of Service

By accessing or using PropertyOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use PropertyOS. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including landlords, tenants, and contractors.

PropertyOS is a property management platform that enables landlords to manage properties, collect rent, track maintenance, and communicate with tenants and contractors. Tenants can use the platform to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and view their lease documents.

You must create an account to use PropertyOS. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and up-to-date information • Maintaining the security of your password • All activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be transferred to another person without our written consent.

You agree not to: • Use PropertyOS for any unlawful purpose • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure • Scrape or harvest data without permission • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PropertyOS (including property details, lease documents, and notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you and authorised users on your account. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

PropertyOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We are not a party to any rental agreements between landlords and tenants. PropertyOS is a platform tool only and is not responsible for the conduct of users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use PropertyOS ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days before deletion.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days notice via email or platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
